Our Puppy Preschool is an interactive and fun five week training course that covers the essentials of socialisation, command training, and puppy welfare.
Puppy class is completed over a 4-week period on Monday evenings here in the clinic, commencing at 7:20pm and usually ending around 8:20pm, and covers such topics as:
Week 1: Vaccination and worming protocols, nutrition and understanding basic commands
Week 2: Appropriate socialisation and canine behaviours including problem behaviours
Week 3: Oral care, desexing, body language and puppy enrichment
Week 4: Graduation night and obstacle play; a fun night for all.
Puppies must be between the ages of 6 – 16 weeks and have had their first vaccination one week prior to attending.
We ask you to come along yourself, and bring your puppy, their collar and lead, and your full attention to all of our classes. We do provide treats and toys, but you are more than welcome to bring your own if your puppy prefers them.
FOR PUPPIES TO GRADUATE IN WEEK #4 OWNERS NEED TO ATTEND ALL CLASSES!!
